Historic homes need products that work with older wood, older profiles, and decades of previous finishes. Modern off-the-shelf paint is often the wrong choice.
Careful Surface Evaluation
Every historic surface is evaluated in person before a proposal is prepared. Lead paint, deteriorated wood, and structural issues are identified and addressed.
Patience Over Speed
Historic restoration cannot be rushed. Cure times are followed. Layers are respected. The result should look like it belongs — not like it was just redone.

In-person evaluation of every surface. I study the existing profiles, materials, and paint history before making any recommendations.
Material Selection
Period-appropriate primers, paints, and finishes are selected based on the age, substrate, and exposure of each surface.
Careful Preparation
Minimal, targeted prep. The goal is to preserve as much original material as possible while creating a sound surface for the new finish.
Finish & Protect
Finish coats are applied with the care the home deserves. Every detail is checked. The work should look like it has always been there.
